An Update About Our Maple Valley Blog
0What It’s Like To Curate The Content Of Maple Valley
When we began this Maple Valley blog a couple months ago, with the goal of 2-3 posts per week, we had little idea of what it would be like to explore all-that-can-be-explored in Maple Valley (and the surrounding area).
We wanted to fill you in on a few thoughts and hopefully get some thoughts back from you.
The first thing about blogging re: Maple Valley is:
It’s a Lot of Fun
Maple Valley has a very unique personality. Big cities, like Seattle and even Tacoma, pretend to have personalities, when in reality they have many. Maple Valley is small enough to have that nebulous thing called “personality”. It’s easy to see why we love running this Maple Valley blog.
The parks, the schools, the shops, the restaurants, the thoroughly residential feel, the beauty that begets a Suburb-Too-Far-Away-From-The-City-To-Really-Be-A-Suburb…
It is an endless stream of fun to talk about.
It’s Somewhat Challenging
Maple Valley is also at that size where we sometimes must dig quite extensively to find something unique to write about.
We’ve been able to come up with what we hope is engaging content, but that’s really up to you. Some of our blogs get 30-50 social shares and some get only 5… or less.
We are working hard to make sure the content we distribute is interesting and thought-provoking. Sometimes it’s tough to develop a top-notch Maple Valley blog.
