What: “The Maple Valley Writers exist for the purpose of putting writers together in the same room with hopes for results such as novels, poems, short stories, articles, sharing of knowledge, critique, editing, answering questions, etc. The Maple Valley Writers exist to encourage each other in the development of writing skills, the production of new written works, and a safe writing zone. The Maple Valley Writers wants to support the local arts as well as local businesses. What: “NaNoWriMo Maple Valley Midway Party! (Covington Library) Mid-Way Party! Mid-Way NaNoWriMo celebration/discussion/writing/support. Half-way through the month, participants gather to discuss their writing and celebrate the middle of the journey. How is your journey thus far, do you have 25k words yet?”
