Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley
1Why Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley Is Cool
(Isn’t it weird that “cool” is beginning to feel out-of-date?) Anyways, when looking for businesses to feature here on Maple Valley Living, we always keep an eye out for a few key things.
These include a local focus (you can see we’re not featuring KFC on here), a local focus, and a somewhat under-the-radar element. That last piece is just so we get a kick out of rooting for the underdog.
So here’s to Gino’s Bistro.
Their original location in Federal Way has been around since June 2002. Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley made it’s debut March 2012.
We know they’ve got good service because it takes excellent service to get four stars on Yelp (which tends to punish small business owners via their review filtering).
We know Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley has a local focus and an interest in building community because they host events, such as their Halloween Bash back at the end of October.
Happy Hour: does anyone know when their regular Happy Hour is? We couldn’t find it – the website still says it’s “Summer Happy Hour All Day Long”. We should’ve done this feature in the Summer so y’all could’ve checked that out!
Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley Menu Highlights
Based on the reviews and an ethereal sense of “what sounds really good”, here are some highlights from the Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley menu:
- Crispy Artichoke Hearts – $9.99 – Appetizer
- Blue Cheese Pear Ravioli – $17.99 – Entree (yum!)
- Saltimbocca – $22.99 – Entree
- Black Berry Cobbler – $7.00 – Dessert
Hungry yet? What we like about Gino’s is that they stick to the favorites – and they make them very well. You’ll recognize most things on their menu, from typical Italian cuisine. But Gino’s Bistro Maple Valley is sure to have a better take on them than most Italian restaurants.
Check them out on their website. If you’ve been to Gino’s Bistro before, leave a comment below and tell us about it!
