Johnson’s Home and Garden: Incredible Customer Service
0Since 1979, Johnson’s Home and Garden has been a bastion of great customer service in Maple Valley.
The hardware store has been so helpful to local Maple Valley-ans that it is commonly known as “the Do-It Center”, in imitation of Johnson’s Home and Garden’s tagline:
Do It Best
And they do! As far as we can tell – and according to their website – Johnson’s Home and Garden carried twice as many products as the big names in home improvement centers. This means more choices.
More choices would be stressful, if not for excellent customer service (and the occasional live music in front of the store). You didn’t hear it from us:

We don’t know about you, but whenever we show up at a home improvement store, we really have no idea what we’re doing.
Customer service is essential. Johnson’s Home and Garden has it.
