3 Things You Need To Know To Have The Perfect Maple Valley Christmas

1. Where To Get Your Tree

Good news! You have three great options for finding your Christmas tree in Maple Valley.

You could check out Crystal Creek U-Cut Christmas Tree Farm. They have Nobles or Nordman’s for $10 per foot up to 8 feet, and Grand Firs $7 per foot up to 8 feet.

Find Crystal Creek’s excellent selection of Maple Valley Christmas trees at 23604 SE 192nd St. Maple Valley WA  98038.

You could also visit Papa’s Tree Farm – with less expensive trees and a wider variety of options – at 26429 SE 200th St. Maple Valley WA 98038.

And lastly – but not leastly (let’s make that a word) – head on over to Three Tree Farms for much more than just Christmas trees. They sell honey, wreaths, and even coffee to keep you warm while you browse. Located at 28033 SE 216th St. Maple Valley WA 98038.

2. Where To See Christmas Lights On Display In Maple Valley

You have two options:

Lake Wilderness Lights Tour: Lake Wilderness Golf and Country Club neighborhood had lights on display from six to nine PM.

Maple Valley Nativity: Live nativity, lights, and photos with Santa and The Olson Barn. See the Facebook event here – until 9 PM tomorrow.

3. What Maple Valley Christmas Is Really All About

Family. The ones you were born to, yes. Definitely. But also the people who enter our lives in later years, and become to us closer than our brothers and sisters, and even (or especially?) closer than our parents.

Community. Maple Valley has a phenomenal sense of community. It seems a world apart from the infamous “Seattle Freeze” up North and West. Cherish it this month.

Home. A place to be. A place to stay. Find ways to give to those who do not have a home, who do not have a place to stay, and who do not have food to celebrate with on Christmas.

Let’s make this a Maple Valley Christmas no one will soon forget.

I hope people enjoy the lights on the highway display this year. Although it has room to grow I have received a number of compliments and appreciate all of them. 25016 Maple Valley Highway.
